What to bring: Hiking shoes, water, poncho, camera and extra clothes.
As rated by Nat Geo one of the 10 wonders of the Earth, this place offers a lush forest and the colored water.
The different attractions of the National Park Volcan Tenorio are called: The waterfall, borbollones, blue lagoon, the look out point and the teñideros.
This last one is where the magical, optical coloration starts.
After visiting the national park we drive to Bijagua for lunch.
Next during the afternoon a visit to the sloth and frog farm is programmed.
